How long will my order take?

The lead time on our made to order lampshades is 4-6 weeks. Bespoke orders may take longer, depending on your requirements.

Are your lampshades safe to use?

Yes, absolutely. Our lampshade materials have been tested and passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association.

Which bulb should I use?

Even though our lampshades are completely fire retardant, we recommend the use of LED bulbs with your lampshades because they use less energy and stay cool.

Can I return my lampshade?

All our lampshades are made to order / bespoke and as such are non-refundable. We can only accept returns if they’re faulty, damaged, or they haven’t been made to the correct specification (allowing for a 0.5cm tolerance). We encourage you to request samples, check your measurements and ask any questions before you purchase to make sure you’re happy with the results. We hope it never happens, but if you do have a faulty, damaged or incorrectly made lampshade, please get in touch. By purchasing a lampshade, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
