Terms and Conditions

Because each lampshade is handmade, the one(s) you receive may vary slightly from the one pictured. While we try to keep these variations to an absolute minimum, they are an inevitable part of the handmade process and give your lampshade a unique, artisanal charm.

All our lampshades are made to order to keep waste to an absolute minimum and as such are non-refundable. Whether you choose from our made to order collection or use our bespoke service, each lampshade is individually handcrafted, just for you. We can only accept returns if they’re faulty, damaged, or they haven’t been made to the correct specification (allowing for a 0.5cm tolerance). We encourage you to request samples, check your measurements and ask any questions before you purchase to make sure you’re happy with the results. We hope it never happens, but if you do have a faulty, damaged or incorrectly made lampshade, please get in touch. By purchasing a lampshade, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
